So I have been out hunting 5 times now and all I have had is small bucks in range. This morning I got in extra early cuz I got a new camera arm and wanted to get it set up. Saw nothing until 8:30am when another small buck comes through. About 9:15 I hear deer busting through the woods and a yearling flies by my stand and momma doe slams on the breaks behind me. I thought it was over but I think she just saw my stand. I turned on the camera and hit record because she was headed into a shooting lane to my right. She almost gets there and then turns back around and heads back to the trail she was on. 15 yards and I wacked her with a Slick Trick. I hit her right on the knuckle where the leg bone meets the shoulder bone (worst possible spot!) the arrow busted through the bone and through her heart. She made it about 100yards (long way for a heart shot) anyhow, the rest is history. She was an old girl. Long nose. COMEON TEAM 4!!!! By the way, I am 6'1" 170#'s so you can tell how big she is.
