Jalepeno-Bacon Wrap BBQ Duck

Necessary Ingredients:

Jalepeno Peppers (1 pepper per 2 duck breasts...per 4 duck breasts if that is too spicy for ya) Bacon (2 slices per breast Duck breast fillets

Cooking Directions:

1. Hollow Jalepeno peppers and cut in half or in fourths. 2. Place in center of duck breast 3. Roll breast around peppers 4. Roll bacon strips around breast 5. Throw on grill and check duck meat when the bacon gets crispy.
