Necessary Ingredients:
2 pounds for every cup1/4 cup cooking oil1/4 cup soy sauce1/4 cup dry sherry1 teaspoon ground ginger1 clove garlic, minced2 tablespoons molasses1 teaspoon of peper |

Cooking Directions:
Take a plastic bad and pour all of the ingredients inside of the bag. Then put the meat inside the bag. Next allow the meat to sit for 4-6 hours and make sure to flip the bag so it gets the same amount of time in the sauce on both sides. Then cook on a grill till the meat is cooked to desired. (The pepper is for a kick and to take some of the game taste out). |
