Wild Boar

Necessary Ingredients:

2 pounds for every cup 1/4 cup cooking oil 1/4 cup soy sauce 1/4 cup dry sherry 1 teaspoon ground ginger 1 clove garlic, minced 2 tablespoons molasses 1 teaspoon of peper

Cooking Directions:

Take a plastic bad and pour all of the ingredients inside of the bag. Then put the meat inside the bag. Next allow the meat to sit for 4-6 hours and make sure to flip the bag so it gets the same amount of time in the sauce on both sides. Then cook on a grill till the meat is cooked to desired. (The pepper is for a kick and to take some of the game taste out).
