Best Elk Roast on the Planet

Necessary Ingredients:
2 lbs. Elk roast 1 onion Bag of onion soup mix |

Cooking Directions:
Take an onion, dice it up and put it on a big sheet of foil. Place elk roast on onions. Place a bag of onion soup mix over the top. (The cheap stuff works as good as Lipton.) Fold the roast in the foil. Then take another wrap of foil and put it over the roast. Place it on a rack in a crock pot, cook on low. |
