Breaded Caribou Chops

Necessary Ingredients:
4 trimmed caribou chopscooking oil1 clove chopped garlic1 cup cracker crumbs1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese1/4 cup flour1 tablespoon parsley flakes2 eggs, beaten |

Cooking Directions:
Begin by combining the cracker crumbs, cheese, flour and parsley flakes onto a plate. Heat a skillet with approximately a quarter inch of oil, add chopped garlic. Dip the chops in egg and then again into the mixture of cheese, flour, cracker and parsley. Fry them in hot oil until their lightly browned on each side, turning only once to avoid soaking up too much grease. |
