Fish Kabobs

Necessary Ingredients:
1/4 cup vinegar 1 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1/2 cup oil 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard 1 1/2 pounds bass, diced 16 mushrooms 2 green bell peppers, diced 7 ounces pineapple chunks 3 tomatoes, sliced |

Cooking Directions:
In a bowl combine vinegar, salt, pepper, oil, cayenne pepper, and dry mustard. Pour over diced bass and marinate for at least 1 hour.Thread the bass onto 6 skewers alternately with mushrooms, diced green bell peppers, pineapple chunks, and 3 sliced tomatoes. Brush the kebabs with the remaining marinade. Place the skewers on the grill 4" above the coals. Cook until the edges of the fish begin to curl.Serves 6. |
