Fish Kabobs

Necessary Ingredients:

1/4 cup vinegar 1 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1/2 cup oil 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard 1 1/2 pounds bass, diced 16 mushrooms 2 green bell peppers, diced 7 ounces pineapple chunks 3 tomatoes, sliced

Cooking Directions:

In a bowl combine vinegar, salt, pepper, oil, cayenne pepper, and dry mustard. Pour over diced bass and marinate for at least 1 hour. Thread the bass onto 6 skewers alternately with mushrooms, diced green bell peppers, pineapple chunks, and 3 sliced tomatoes. Brush the kebabs with the remaining marinade. Place the skewers on the grill 4" above the coals. Cook until the edges of the fish begin to curl. Serves 6.
