Caribou Fajitas

Necessary Ingredients:
2 lbs. caribou meat1/4 cup red wine2 bunches of green onions choppedSoy sauce Garlic powder 4-5 flour tortillas2 tsp. olive oilMonterey Jack cheese, shreddedTeriyaki marinadeSour cream |

Cooking Directions:
Slice meat into thin strips. Rub meat with soy sauce and garlic powder and marinate overnight. Heat skillet with oil and teriyaki marinade and sauté meat. Cook for about 5 minutes, add wine and cook until blended; set aside. In same skillet sauté green onions or if you prefer do not cook onions. Warm tortillas. On each tortilla, add strips of meat, chopped green onion, shredded cheese, sour cream, and a small amount of pan drippings/OR let everyone select their own topping.Serves 4-5 |
