Elk roll-up's

Necessary Ingredients:

1 lb. bacon 1 lb. round steak (elk) Seasons to taste 1 box tooth pick's

Cooking Directions:

Take a round steak, put in a one gallon zip lock bag, use a meat hammer to beat it down to approximately 1/8-1/4" thick. Remove from bag and cut the same width as bacon, season the steak as you like, place down one strip of bacon place a strip of round steak on top, roll it up and put 2 tooth picks in it to hold it. Then BAR-B-Q until done. ENJOY!!!
