I had to look them up. I got on D loops pretty late and I began to use them because they were supposed to reduce torque and help with peep rotation/alignment. As far as torque goes, I think between my release, the way I hold it and the D-loop, there can't be that much opportunity for torque still to eliminate. Obviously, I could be wrong, LOL.

Looking at a torqueless loop, I don't really see where extra torque reduction would come from, unless its attachment to the serving is very loose/slippery. Apparently, peep rotation management is not gonna happen either, unless the peep is tied in. That could be a reason for me to vote "No" on a "torqueless" loop as well.

[B]I agree with Swampy. It seems to me that it is a solution to a problem that doesn't really exist. I can't imagine that whatever torque is exerted on the string by the D-loop has enough effect to notice. Then again, I'm just a hunter. I just need to hit a deer not some silly little spot! :-)[/B]
