Swamp Fox - 01/09/2018
Newington, NH (January 8, 2018) – SIG SAUER, Inc. introduces the new High-Capacity Micro-Compact P365 – the ultimate concealed carry pistol. This revolutionary striker-fired 9mm pistol offers the perfect balance of capacity and concealment with unrivaled shootability and ergonomics. The P365’s patent-pending, narrow-neck, modified double-stack magazine holds 10 rounds in both the flush-fit and extended versions, plus one in the chamber, for a full capacity of 11 rounds – nearly a 50 percent capacity increase over pistols in its class. An optional 12-round extended magazine equips this micro-compact pistol with full-size 13-round capacity, allowing you to carry more, everyday – 365 days a year. The P365 is also smaller and lighter than most other pistols in its class, measuring 1-inch wide, 5.8-inches long, and 4.3-inches tall with a barrel length of 3.1-inches. It weighs just 17.8 ounces with an empty magazine. http://www.thefirearmblog.com/blog/2018/01/08/sig-sauer-p365/
2.) Jon - 01/09/2018 I've been very impressed with my P938 and my Ultra Compact 1911 as well as my wife's P229 she carries for work. I'd take a look at this gun just because Sig builds their guns very well. 3.) Swamp Fox - 01/10/2018 I was thinking it could give the P938s etc. a run for their money. 4.) Swamp Fox - 01/13/2018 At least as good as these, and a lot less expensive ...So good for Sig ... 5.) Swamp Fox - 04/21/2018 So, after some initial glitches, so far so good I think on the P365. But I always love those initial glitches on stuff that the press is high on when it first comes out. 6.) Swamp Fox - 04/21/2018 So, I tried to spice things up around here with some German-on-Austrian action involving an intelligent and watchable/readable review of the Walther PPQ SC vs. The Sig P365, but no such thing exists. Maybe I should adjust my standards for product reviews. :tap: Or... Who wants to go in with me on a blog that delivers what guys like us want? ---LOL 7.) bluecat - 04/21/2018 Glitches? Firing when dropped isnt a glitch. 8.) bluecat - 04/21/2018 It's a feature. 9.) Swamp Fox - 04/21/2018 LOL ... Do you have any credible sources on a drop-fire problem? I know some haters like to ding Sig when they can, but I'm just askin' ... :pop: 10.) bluecat - 04/22/2018 I heard about it on the Sig forum I believe or the Glock forum. 11.) bluecat - 04/22/2018 I think there might have been a temporary recall. I didn't really follow it too closely. 12.) bluecat - 04/22/2018 I'm not a Sig hater. I like their guns right up until their quality control has suffered a bit and the new look of that giant external extractor on their non-striker fired pistols is really ugly. There I said it. 13.) Looks like it was a different pistol than the model Swampy was talking about. 15.) DParker - 04/22/2018 Yep. 16.) Swamp Fox - 04/22/2018
I'm not a Sig hater.
